For Import/Export features to work, some device need to explicit set the Application Permission to "Allow", "Ask Once" or "Ask Every Time".

This configuration is vary from device to device, but they are all similar. Just follow the brief guard lines below:

    Phone Main Menu -> Application -> Select "Mobile Secretary" -> Option -> Permissions -> Read/Write User Data
    set all the available option to maximum permission, e.g.: "Always Allowed", "Ask Once" or "Ask Every Time".
If "Not Allowed" is selected, then the Import/Export features will not work. If you cannot set the permission to other than "Not Allowed", then you might need a signed midlet, or you do not have ROOT CA certificate installed in your phone. In this case, contact support@exwebtech.com for help.
