How to start :

• Download/buy “Mobile Secretary 3.5” and install it to your mobile phone.
• Download “Mobile Secretary for Desktop 1.0” (FREE) from here to your PC.
• You can now start to do data entry at your PC by using “Mobile Secretary for Desktop 1.0”.
• After enter the data, from the menu, select Database-> Save to File, enter a password to encrypt your data and it will be saved as an encrypted file with the filename of your choice (e.g.: data.xat).
• Copy that file from your PC to your Mobile Phone’s file system manually (e.g.: copy to Memory Stick or MMC of your mobile phone), or transfer with the link cable to the internal memory of your phone. Remember the path that you have copied to (e.g.: C:\Others\data.xat).
• Start “Mobile Secretary 3.5” at your mobile phone.
• You can start to import all entered data from the file transferred to your mobile phone.
• Congratulation, you have done the data import from PC to your Mobile Phone!!
• You can also reverse the steps above to Export data from your mobile phone back to your PC for backup purpose.
